On the 14th of April 2001, Path hosted a hike to Chandrak (sp?) Falls for the freshmen and seniors. It was, needless to say, a great bonding experience. =] |

Okay so imagine this. All the guys were standing around talking about how we should run through the ice-cold waterfall for a really cool picture. I thought, "Hey yeah what a great idea! I can freeze my testicles off and be sterile for the rest of my life!" On the outside, however, I was in total agreement. This is an example of peer pressure. None of the guys wanted to the labeled "the only guy that didn't go through the fall." Sheesh...so I thought we were all ready and went ahead and ran through the fall, and yes indeedy it was one of the coldest experiences of my life: |
"Get that friggin' camera away from me..."

So now the guys realize that it's actually possible, and after laughing at me for about 12 minutes, they decided to go ahead and do it do, not heeding my warnings of how cold it actually was. It's really interesting how you can actually view the sequence of pictures as Tom runs away, not being fooled into freezing his balls off like the rest of them. Ha ha ha... |
